I got a B7500 with a 50" Kubota reverse cutting tiller. The dealer didn't deliver the tiller until 6 weeks after the tractor--he loaned me a used Howard while waiting for the tiller to come in. I have had trouble with the tiller bogging down in my sandy loam soil, nearly stalling out the tractor, and leaving big uneven hills. Also, the tiller weighs 50# more than the maximum rating for this tractor. Did the dealer steer me toward a tiller that is simply too big for this tractor?

I don't think so but you might have to adjust the skid shoes or modify them making them a little wider to hold on the sand. ....

Art eluded to a great point incase the tiller is "sinking". However, your post makes mention of "bogging...and uneven hills". This would be indicative of digging to deep and operating at too great a ground speed with too low of engine revs. How fast are you traveling? Is your B7500 Gear or HST? How deep are you tilling at?
It sounds as if you should slow your ground speed abit, keeping your revs high enough AND monitor your digging depth. By doing this, you will allow the tiller to thoroughly till by staying longer in a given spot and enhance the overall job.
